This is my final post in Sarah’s 30 Day Blog Challenge, it also happens to coincide with just reaching my sales goal for my latest PLR pack, so I am overjoyed right now.Two goals met in one day, and it’s still early in the day for me right now.
If you have been following these tips over the last 30 days you will have lots of ideas for actually putting your PLR content to use. You are now a PLR pro and you have a couple of options of what to do next in your business.
PLR – What’s Next?
You can continue using your private label rights content and produce quality blog posts, articles, reports and videos. If this is what you plan on doing you may want to consider joining a PLR membership site that offers quality content to you each month. This is also something that I am contemplating at the moment. First I want to get into the habit of creating regular content by releasing one larger PLR pack each month. Then offer a special deal for customers if they take advantage of my monthly deal. Not something that I am going to rush as I want this to be a super membership where my customers get lots of bonuses and benefits from joining.
Another option that you may be considering, especially if you are a writer, is that of running your own PLR Store. Just the concept of setting up a PLR store can be daunting. As well as creating all of the content you need to actually set up your store. This includes deciding which shopping cart to use, which affiliate program to use. Then trying to decide if you should offer a membership or not. A membership provides you with a regular income stream but it can be difficult to encourage customers to join as members.
In addition there are other items to consider. First is the type of content to offer. Do you want to be a general store or go into a specialized niche? This might mean creating health related content or self-improvement. Or you may want to narrow this down inside a tighter sub niche such as weight loss PLR.
What I love about creating private label rights material is the concept of writing an article one time and selling it over and over again. This opens up the possibility of increasing your income stream tenfold.
You could also consider the option of selling limited PLR where you only sell maybe 50 copies, each one at a higher price than content that would be sold 100’s of times.
Another option that I did try with some success is setting up your own auction site and then allowing customers to bid on the content. You set a starting price and run the sale for 24 hours and the highest bidder wins. For this to really work you would need to create a ton of high quality content on a regular basis.
Let me know in the comments below if any of these avenues appeal to you at all. Or if you have any other questions concerning PLR and how to use it in your business.
