Plus your body needs some vitamin D each day, it’s naturally produced by the sun, so go and enjoy it. If you can take your laptop outside and work on your deck or patio. Make a point of being outdoors for at least twenty minutes each day, you will feel a huge boost in your health when you do.
Make time for Meditation – running a business and leading a busy lifestyle produces a ton of stress. Learn how to meditate and spend a few minutes each day doing so. You can meditate while out walking as well, find a way to incorporate meditation into your life. It’s great for both your mind and your body when it comes to improving your health.
Flex hours – one of the benefits of running your own business is that you can set your own hours. Do just this and free up some of your schedule for enjoyable things. Take a day off and take the family to the beach, or just stay home and really enjoy them for the day – no work involved.
